To Promote the love of gardening, floral design, civic and enviromental education.

To aid in the protection and conservation of natural resources.

New & On-Going Community Service Projects

Gardens

Maintains five gardens in support of the NGC initiative.

Iron Springs Garden – revitalized in 2021 is planted for sustainability and beauty.

Plant-it-Pink Garden – founded in 2010 honors those touched by breast cancer.

Garden of Learning – created in 2014 and named from a community wide contest.

Trailhead Garden – a woodland, native species garden supporting NGC Civil Achievement.

The Giving Garden – Neighbors Helping Neighbors -

our newest garden created to grow vegetables to be harvested and donated to a local food pantry.

Garden Therapy

Assists in gardening projects supporting the NGC guidelines.

Philanthropy

Oversees member donations of food, clothing, and personal items

Youth

Manages youth scholarships and seasonally themed book bag.

Beautification

Decorates various locations in the Village of Ballston Spa for the Holidays.

Veterans Memorial Wreaths

Provides wreaths to honor Ballston Spa World War II veterans.
